The road then bends round to the right, under a railway bridge passing Beattock Caravan Park on your right. Follow this road for just under 1 km. The drive up to Marchbankwood Guest House is on your right, opposite a white cottage and just before the road rejoins the main A701. Follow the drive up to the top and there you will find Marchbankwood Guest House.
