Quick description
On Lowestoft seafront, The Sandcastle is a Victorian house overlooking the sandy beach. It is a flat, 10-minute walk from Lowestoft town centre, and serves home-cooked breakfasts made with local produce. Each pretty bedroom has a different décor, but all have a Sony TV and free Wi-Fi. Some bedrooms have views across the sea. Bathrooms are inside or outside the room, and some have unique power showers. The Sandcastle's friendly owners have created a relaxed atmosphere, and serve a full breakfast in the morning. Eggs and meat are from local farms, and the kippers are from a Lowestoft smokehouse. There are also homemade marmalades and jams to try. Lowestoft Train Station is just 650 metres away, and has a direct link to Norwich. Pubs, bars and eating places can all be reached on foot.
