Located on Yamba's main street, Yamba YHA Backpacker Beach Resort is a 5-minute walk from Yamba Main Beach and Pippi Beach. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool, BBQ facilities and free onsite parking. Guests can choose between a stay in the lively shared rooms, or in the comfort of a private room with a TV. All rooms have ceiling fans, storage lockers and linen. Dormitories offer access to shared bathroom facilities, while private rooms have an en suite bathroom. Open all day, The Block Bar Cafe serves a variety of meals, fresh coffee and delicious cocktails. Guests can self-cater simple meals using the fully equipped shared kitchen. Backpacker Beach Resort Yamba YHA is within 350 metres of Yamba Historical Museum and the Yamba Country Golf Course. Children are welcome, but are not permitted to stay in dormitory rooms. Children aged 17 need a letter from a parent/legal guardian to stay in dormitory rooms. If children are 16 or under, they will need a parent/legal guardian aged over 21 to stay with them in a private room.
