This farmhouse property is about 20 minutes’ drive from Borgarnes town centre and Hraunfossar Waterfall. It provides a communal guest kitchen and laundry room for guests. Each individually decorated Geirshlid Guesthouse room has shared bathroom facilities. The guest house has 3 bathrooms, each with a shower. A TV lounge with a DVD player is available, as well as a breakfast buffet and dinner meals, if arranged in advance. Guesthouse Geirshlid also has a garden with a trampoline and a variety of farm animals, such as horses, sheep and cows. Hiking in the scenic, green surroundings and along the Geirsá River is a common area activity. Restaurants, a grocery store and public swimming pool are found in Kleppjárnsreykir, 7 km away.
