If your room key is lost, or not returned, the property reserves the right to make a GBP 50 charge. The check-in desk closes at 22:00 daily. Arrivals after this time will be subject to an late check-in fee of GBP 10 per hour for every hour after 22:00. Smokers will be charged a GBP 100 additional cleaning fine when smoking in any of the rooms. If arriving with children, please inform the hotel at the time of booking the ages of the children so the correct bed formation can be set-up.
