Old Post Office Lodge is located in the village of Wilderness along the famous Garden Route. The town of George is just 15 minutes’ drive away and Knysna is 46 km from the property. Individually decorated, each room features a balcony overlooking the village. It comes equipped with a TV, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and the private bathroom includes a shower. Pomodoro’s Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and supper. A number of restaurants serving a range of local and international cuisines can be found within 1 km from Old Post Office. Wilderness Beach is a 6-minute walk away. Activities available in the area include abseiling just a 5 minutes’ drive away at Kaaimans Gorge and bungee jumping at Blaakrantz Bridge in Tsitsikamma, 132 km from the lodge. Wi-Fi is available and free private parking is available. The George Airport is a 20-minute drive from Old Post Office Lodge.

Please note that there will be no cleaning service offered on 1 January 2016. Kindly note rooms are serviced daily from Monday to Saturday. Servicing on Sundays and public holidays is available on request at an additional charge.
