Quinta de la Barandica offers a traditional stone-built architecture of northern Portugal. It offers an outdoor pool and tennis court in the small village of Malhadas, Miranda do Douro. Rooms feature wooden or wrought-iron beds. Some rooms have exposed wooden beams. All rooms include a bathroom with a modern walk-in shower or a bath. Weather permitting, guests can enjoy the sun in one of the poolside sun loungers or a game of billiards indoors. Located in Douro International Nature Park, Quinta de la Barandica offers a nice setting for walks in the nature. The city of Bragança is 65 km away, and the border with Spain is less than 10 km away.
