The villa and its tower date from the 14th century. The former monastery was converted into a large country house at the beginning of the 19th century. The villa is at the top of a hill and enjoys superb views of Cortona and the Chiana Valley. It is in a very convenient position. just five minutes from Cortona but away from main roads and noise.Villa Torre Elfi is surrounded by a large park with plenty of trees. The park is enclosed so privacy is guaranteed. The villa occupies three floors. It consists of a main building and two annexes. The bedrooms are in the main guest accommodation. The second building is equipped for culinary use. There is an outdoor kitchen and a brick-built oven for delicious pizzas.You can enjoy mini volleyball and table tennis. Bikes are available too. The villa is perfectly positioned for trips to Florence. Siena. Arezzo and Perugia. You can also visit Assisi on the border of Tuscany and Umbria.
