This lovely residence is plunged into the Verdicchio d.o.c. vineyards of Matelica with a wonderful view over the surrounding hills and is surrounded by a wide garden with different fruit trees.It’s the perfect place to spend some relaxing moments reading a good book or maybe tasting a local wine.You can enjoy a suggestive view over the surrounding valley or over the garden from all the rooms and in particular the panoramic sunsets from the swimming pool is amazing. Beautyful abbeys. hermitages. castles and medieval villages are located nearby as well as some archaeological areas and naturalistic itineraries in order to enjoy regenerating “green” walks among vineyards or beech and oak woods.Besides that there is the possibility to enjoy a horse-riding stroll. a mountain bike excursion and some trekking paths or you can practise paragliding. hang-gliding and sport fishing.
