This detached villa is situated in the countryside of Le Muy, 5 km away from the centre. The villa has thirteen bedrooms and can accommodate up to twenty-six people. Internet access is available and in the garden you can prepare meals on the barbecue or swim in the pool with a separate children's swimming pool. On the ground floor you will find the living room where you can watch TV, a DVD or listen to the stereo. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. The storage room has another freezer, a tumble dryer and a washing machine. Two high chairs are available, there is garage, a roofed patio with garden furniture and a separate toilet. On the first floor you will find six bedrooms and two bathrooms with a bath. The bedrooms have their own bathroom and there are two separated toilets. Two cots are available. In the guest house on the ground floor you can watch satellite-TV or a DVD and listen to the stereo. The kitchen has the same equipment as in the other one, but does have a combi microwave. The bathroom on this floor are also having a shower, toilet and washbasin. In the games room you can play table tennis and there is a bowling alley. On the first floor of the guesthouse you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can find the forest and several restaurants 1 km away from the accommodation. There is a lake in 3 km, public transport and the nightlife in 5 km and the sea in 14 km.
