Around the house there is a spacious garden with a lovely terrace where you have a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. The walking routes start right on the doorstep. and the Asitzbahn and the world famous mountain bike course are located not even 2 km from the house. In the winter you can take the free ski bus. which stops about 40 metres away. to the famous ski area of Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm. a true paradise for snow lovers.
