Situated on the Western side of Chichester harbour, Mill Rythe Holiday Village is surrounded by coastal walks and features a swimming pool, tennis court, and spa, hair and beauty treatments. Each room at Mill Rythe features an en suite shower or bath, Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A range of British and international cuisine is served in the spacious restaurant, such as Italian style pizzas and spicy curries. A hearty full English breakfast is also available. Please note that this Holiday Village is for over 18s only during term time. During the school holidays, the whole family can enjoy an activity filled break. Activities such as abseiling and archery can be organised by staff, and the site also features pool tables, bowls courts and on-site Zumba instructors. Live music, cabaret and karaoke are some of the other activities on offer for guests to enjoy.

Dinner times are 18:00-19:00 and breakfast times are 08:00 - 09:00.This is subject to change please check with reception upon check-in. Please note: this hotel is for over 18s only during term time. Mill Rythe is a Holiday Village and not a hotel. Rooms are predominantly individual chalets. The restaurant is a large 600 seat restaurant which provides set menus. Mill Rythe specializes in adult breaks for the over 50s and is a destination popular with coaching holidays. During certain periods, the property can cater for family breaks.
