Quick description
Dating back to the 1600s, Antica Locanda Lunetta still has original stone walls, wood-beamed ceilings and an internal courtyard. Set in Mandas historic centre, it is in the heart of Sardinia. This charming B&B is named after its first proprietor, the current owner's great grandfather, who hosted D.H. Lawrence during his stay in Mandas in the 1920s. Throughout Lunetta Antica Locanda you will find plenty of common areas to relax in, including a lounge with fireplace and a cosy library with sofas and another fireplace. There is even an ancient oven for baking bread. Each room has wood floors and elegant furniture. All air-conditioned, they also come with an LCD TV and private bathroom with hairdryer. Guests have a shared LCD TV with DVD player and a dining room where a traditional Sardinian breakfast is served. A car is recommended to all guests and is necessary for exploring the surrounding countryside. Cagliari-Elmas Airport is 50 minutes away by car.
