Located in a 3-hectare park opening onto the ocean, Résidence La Réserve features a tennis court. Provided with free WiFi, all the apartments have a private terrace. In the evening, you can enjoy the panoramic view from the restaurant while sampling traditional Basque specialties. Résidence La Réserve is a 15-minute walk from Saint-Jean-de-Luz city centre, famous for its architecture, streets, bays and water sport facilities. At an extra cost, private parking is available on site.

Please note that in case of booking cancellation or modification, the property will keep a EUR 50 administrative fee. Please note that the Restaurant Ilura has to be booked in advance if you wish to have dinner on arrival and during you stay. Ilura Restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and all day Mondays (except in July and August). For stays of 7 days or more, the following policies apply : * Bed linen (1 pair): EUR 10. * 2 towels: EUR 10. * End-of-stay cleaning (except dishes): Studio EUR 60, Two-Room Apartment EUR 120, and Three-Room Apartment EUR 190. * Extra cleaning during your stay (except dishes: Studio EUR 40, Two-Room Apartment EUR 90, and Three-Room Apartment EUR 130. Please note that the access to the swimming pool and the sauna are closed in 2017 due to renovations.
