Located in the seaside resort of Ronce-Les- Bain, Résidence Sous les Pins by Popinns is 1 km from the beach, opposite the Island of Oléron. It offers fully equipped apartments and mobile homes. A security deposit EUR 300 is required upon arrival for the apartments, which needs to be paid separately.
