These modern apartments are located in the Mar Menor Golf Course in Murcia. There is a communal swimming pool and each apartment has a terrace and a washing machine. Guests have access to the Hotel Intercontinental’s facilities, located next door, for an extra charge. These include a spa, tennis courts, English pub, and several restaurants. The air-conditioned apartments at The Residences at Mar Menor Golf & Resort feature elegant décor. Each one has a living room with a TV, and a kitchen with an electric hob and microwave. The Residences are 15 minutes’ drive from the beaches of the Mar Menor Lagoon, a popular destination for water sports. Murcia Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

A refundable deposit of EUR 50 will be collected upon check-in for the TV and air conditioning remote controls. Please note that stay of 7 nights or longer, have an extra cleaning including kitchen area, and kitchenware.
