Located on Village Stroll, this property is a collection of the Deer, Bear and Eagle lodges. The property features a gym and is a 5 minute walk to the ski lifts. Each suite at the Town Plaza Suites – Resort Quest Whistler are furnished with a full kitchen, gas fireplaces and a washer and dryer. The Village Centre is also a 5 minute walk from the Town Plaza Suites. Guests are steps from restaurants, nightclubs and shopping located on the ground floor of the lodges.

Please note, the property follows different age restriction check-in policies according to the season. WINTER: 18 November 2016 – 30 April 2017: Only guests of the age 21 or older are allowed to check in, check out or stay at the accommodation without a parent or official guardian. SUMMER: 1 May – 22 November 2017: Only guests of the age 25 or older are allowed to check in, check out or stay at the accommodation without a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to present a valid photo ID and credit card bearing their name upon check in and check out. Please note, these units do not have air-conditioning. FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULE: REGULAR WINTER SEASON: NOV 18, 2016 - DEC 15, 2016 & JAN 1, 2017 – APR 30, 2017: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival. HOLIDAY SEASON: DEC 16, 2016 to DEC 31, 2016: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 60 days prior to arrival. SUMMER MAY 1 – NOV 22, 2017: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival. Please note, the credit card used at the time of the booking must be presented by the cardholder upon check-in. A security deposit will be required at check in and held for the entire stay of the guests. Security deposit amounts authorized upon check-in will vary based on room size and will be anywhere between $250-$2000 CAD per room. The deposit amount can vary depending on the unit booked, the age of the guests, the size of the group and especially the period of time (eg. higher on long weekends and during the winter season). Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A touch-up clean and towel and linen change are included once every 4 days for stays of 5 nights or longer. Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee. Front desk opening hours are as follows: Sunday to Thursday: 09:00 - 21:00. Friday to Saturday: 08:00 - 0:00. After hours guests refer to signage on front door. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
