Sautens is located 52 km to the west of Innsbruck at the mouth of the Ötz Valley. Landhaus Strigl is located in the centre of Sautens. The well maintained flat (70 m2) is located on the 1st and 2nd floors with balcony on the front and has a large kitchen. a comfortable living room and 3 bedrooms. In the summer you can relax in a very nice garden hut with grill. garden furniture and its own coffee machine. In the Winter it is 100 m to the ski bus. which will take you to the wonderful ski area of Ötz-Hochötz.

Please notice that there are possible extra charges regarding Gas, Electricity and Heating. There are some facilities on the property that might require extra costs. A security deposit might be required prior arrival. You will receive the Belvilla voucher by e-mail after full payment is taken. Please print this voucher and bring it with you on the day of arrival. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
