You are the sole occupant of the ground floor. so privacy is guaranteed! The home was partially renovated in 2007 and you dispose of a modern bathroom (wheel chair friendly). spacious bedrooms. a living kitchen and a cosy separate living room with an original wood burning stove. The house is surrounded by a large garden. sunbathing and playing area and a terrace. More than enough room for the children to play. They can also have a look on the farm next door. Saalfelden with its famous lake is about 3 km away.
