This nice house with a completely new (2007) furnished holiday home on the ground floor inside lies approx. 1.5 km. from Niedersill. At less then 500 m. you will find the forest in where you can take lovely hiking trips. You can also take the cable cart in Mittersill to the tops of the mountain range and explore the area from there and enjoy the wonderful views. But you can of course also take nice trips in the environment through the mountains or take a nice biking trip. At the house you have access to a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and a garden (sloping due to the mountainous location).

Please notice that there are possible extra charges regarding Gas, Electricity and Heating. There are some facilities on the property that might require extra costs. A security deposit might be required prior arrival. You will receive the Belvilla voucher by e-mail after full payment is taken. Please print this voucher and bring it with you on the day of arrival.
