Peacefully located in the Tuscan hills a few kilometers from the highway. This typical Tuscan country house is accessible via a 0.5 km. unpaved road. The very well maintained properties are situated on the ground floor and have a small difference in the floor levels. The antique pieces of furniture give the house atmosphere. Small private garden. shared large garden with barbeque and shady seating area.The swimmingpool is open from June untill September. but this will always depend on the weather conditions.
