The luxurious apartments are between 155 and 180 square metres. There is no lack of space. The furnishings are very comfortable and charming. The apartment has two floors. The configuration may vary. You enter on the living room level. From there. there is flight of stairs up or down to the sleeping floor. Both of the bathrooms are next to the bedrooms. You can spend most of your time outside. The lovely half-covered balcony-terrace is easily accessed from the living room by the double doors. There is an electric awning for the necessary shade (if desired). All bedrooms have a small balcony which you reach via a sliding door. The air conditioning and heating system is individually controlled in each room. From the balcony/terrace with garden furniture you have a lovely panorama view of the Mediterranean and the skyline of Benidorm. If you want to experience true luxury. then enjoy the view from the private jacuzzi. The rental cost includes 250 kWh of energy. Use above this amount must be paid for on site.
