The Annex, located in Trouville Lodge adjacent to main hotel, offers additional accommodation. All guest rooms in the hotel and annex are en suite with complimentary toiletries, and all have a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The Deauville Restaurant boasts fantastic views across Bournemouth alongside a varied menu and a 3 course Sunday lunch. Le Café Bar has a relaxed atmosphere, quiet corners and alcoves. On warmer evenings, guests may enjoy a beverage on the adjoining sun drenched terrace. Bournemouth International Centre is a few footsteps from the property, whilst Bournemouth Oceanarium and the pier are a 5-minute walk away. The train station is 5 minutes away by car.

Whilst there is a lift in the main hotel building, there is no lift in the Annex building. Each room at the Annex is accessed via a staircase within the Annex building, therefore it may not be suitable for guests with mobility impairment.
