Hotel Artaza is set in 14,000 m² of parkland and gardens, in the Santa María area of Getxo. The hotel's popular restaurant serves creative Basque food. Rooms at the hotel are spacious and comfortable. They all have heating and a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet and an en-suite bathroom. A buffet breakfast is included. The Artaza has a bar and a terrace. There is also a 24-hour reception desk. Free private parking is available on site. The beaches of Andra Mari are less than 1 km away. There is direct access to Bilbao city centre from Neguri Metro Station, 500 metres from Hotel Artaza.

Please note that Hotel Artaza's restaurant is closed on Sunday nights. Please note that from 29th March 2016, the hotel dining room will be undergoing renovation. Please note that the hotel will hold different events in their premises with live music until 01:30 on the following dates: 26 May, 10 June, from 8 to 15 June, 2 September and 14 October 2017. This may cause noises and disturbances to our guests. Please note that from 24 December to 04 January 2017 the restaurant will remain closed. Cafeteria will be open everyday but Sunday.
