Set on 27 acres in the heart of the Clare Valley, this motel was the recipient of the 2012 South Australian Tourism Silver Medal. It offers a saltwater swimming pool, a restaurant and a BBQ area surrounded by trees and birdlife. The peaceful Clare Valley Motel is 10 minutes' walk from the Riesling Trail and the centre of Clare. Featuring a log fire, the cosy Top of the Hill restaurant serves local and western specialities. Room service meals can be requested for breakfast and dinner. Guests can access internet at the property’s business centre. Each of the air-conditioned guest rooms offer a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. All include an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Motel Clare Valley is a 20-minute drive from the town of Auburn and from the Auburn Art Gallery. It is a 30-minute drive from the historic mining town of Burra.
