Each room comes with a private toilet, but bathrooms are shared. Pension Madonna is a 15-minute drive from the Norikura Kogen Onsen hot-spring area. It is a 40-minute drive from Shin-Shimashima Station (on the Matsumoto Dentetsu Kamikochi Line), and a pick-up service is available at an extra fee (please request at time of booking). Recreation activities include getting a massage, taking scenic hikes, or reading in the library. On-site parking is free. Set dinners can be ordered, though an advance reservation is required.
