Hotel Dorner offers 2 swimming pools, a large garden, and Alpine-style rooms with bright wood furniture. This family-run property is a 5-minute drive from Merano. All rooms at the Dorner include satellite LCD TV and carpeted floors. Most rooms have a balcony, and the private bathroom comes with soft bathrobes plus slippers. Breakfast includes yoghurt, cakes, and cold cuts. The restaurant with large terrace offers Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine, and the hotel has a wine cellar. A cake buffet is provided every afternoon. The spa features an indoor pool with hydromassage area, a gym, and 3 saunas. Guests can unwind in the relax area equipped with water beds and a fireplace. Massages can also be reserved. Weekly hiking tours are organised by the hotel staff. The Ifinger cable cars are a 15-minute drive away.

The Meran Card, which includes free public transport and free entrance to museums in South Tyrol, is provided for free. Please note that the restaurant is closed from December until January. From 01 March until 30 November 2017 the restaurant will be closed on Sunday evening. Breakfast and a cake buffet is still served during this period.
