Listed as a historical monument, Hôtel Abbaye Ecole de Sorèze is set in a former abbey in a large park. It is located 25 km from Castres, between Toulouse, Albi and Carcassone. A well-being centre is available for guests free of charge, with a sauna, and a spacious gym. Each guest room at the Hôtel Abbaye has free Wi-Fi, a private bathroom, is soundproofed and equipped with satellite TV. The restaurant, Les Collets Rouges, serves regional gourmet cuisine made from fresh local produce. In summer, a shady terrace is available for dining. Prior booking is recommended.
