Devonshire House is just outside Bath and a 20-minute walk to the city centre. It is a family-run B&B offering rooms with power showers and free Wi-Fi and delicious breakfasts. Rooms at the Devonshire House feature TVs, DVD players and fans. They also include tea/coffee making facilities. A freshly cooked Full English breakfast is served. You can also enjoy a lighter option of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Linear Park and Alexandra Park are both just a 5-minute walk from the guesthouse. Located close to the Cotswolds Longleat House and Safari is a 15-minute drive away.

Guests booking the 'Quadruple Room' should specify in the comments box how many persons are staying and which bed configuration is required. Guests wishing to arrive outside the check-in time of 17:00 - 19:00 must contact Devonshire House to agree an alternate time. Children can be accommodated in family rooms only. Devonshire House can only accommodate children aged 12 years and older. Please note Devonshire House will supply a continental breakfast only for guests staying on 1 January 2017.
