Hatters Birmingham Hostel offers secure rooms with private bathrooms, as well as beds in shared dormitories. Light and stylish, each private room is individually decorated. Guests can catch the City-Hop tram from outside New Street Station to St Paul's Square. You must show a valid photo ID at check-in. Driving license, passport or valid student ID are accepted. Groups of 7 or more will be required to pay in full 7 days prior to arrival and free cancellation is up to 7 days prior to the booking. For group bookings where payment is not received within 1 week of arrival, the booking may be cancelled and beds resold. Separate bookings under the same name, booked by the same booker or reserved using the same credit card information, for the same dates where exceeding 7 people will be treated as one group and charged according to the group policies as stated. Cancellation All bookings made for more than 14 people will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Please note that Hatters Hostels is a tourist hostel that has a maximum stay of 14 nights. Reservations for longer periods will be cancelled.
