The Old Dairy Liverpool is a family-run guest house located less than 2 miles from Liverpool's vibrant city, in a quiet, residential neighbourhood. The property offers 12 bright, modernly furnished rooms a with free Wi-Fi, a TV with DVD player, free tea and coffee and ironing facilities. 10 of the rooms are fully en suite and the property also has 2 large communal bathrooms. A buffet Continental breakfast is served in the morning for an additional fee. There is also a small communal kitchen with microwave, oven and hobs for guest use. The property was once a working dairy serving the quiet local neighbourhood. It is set on the main bus route to the city centre, which takes around 10 minutes, and just 8 minutes’ walk from Edge Hill Rail Station.

This guest house does not have a 24-hour front desk. Please let The Old Dairy Liverpool know your expected arrival time in advance. Check-in is from 14:00 - 20:00, Sunday to Friday. Saturday check-in time is from 12:00 - 18:00. Late arrivals are not accepted on Saturdays. Later check-in may be possible between Sunday and Friday subject to availability and by prior arrangement only. This incurs a late check-in fee of GBP 15 only up to 22:00. Please note that large parties are not permitted. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
