It has been awarded 4 Star with Silver Accolade by the VisitEngland Quality Assessment Scheme from 2008 to 2014, and the coverted Breakfast Award also from 2012 to 2014. The Baytree has a Food Hygiene rating of 5 out of 5. The family-run Baytree has refurbished rooms with new furniture, carpets, beds, decoration and en suite bathrooms. If you are arriving in Torquay by train or coach, The Baytree offers a free pick-up and drop-off service (Torquay train and coach stations only). Early and later check-in/check-out by arrangement.

Payment Information: The Baytree requests that full payment is made the night before departure. American Express is not accepted. A cheque-guarantee card is required for cheque payments. When booking, please include an estimated time of arrival. Early arrival can be arranged at the time of booking. Late arrivals must be agreed at time of booking. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties or single-sex bookings. In the event of cancellation, a pro rata refund will apply if the room can be re-let.
