This family-run, relaxed and friendly B&B is a few minutes’ walk from parks, beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, nightlife and local transport links including South Shields Metro Station. Newcastle Central is a 20-minute drive or train journey away. The A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel are a 10-minute drive away. There is free car parking right outside and secure cycle parking is available. All rooms at Annie's Guest House have memory-foam mattresses, double-glazed windows with black-out blinds, a cooling fan and free WiFi. Guests can also make use of a flat-screen, satellite TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. A full English breakfast is served from 06:30 every day, freshly cooked to order. Special diets can be catered for, and guests can use the fridge and microwave in Annie's dining room. Group bookings cannot be accommodated (4 people maximum).

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. A maximum of one room per booking. Normal check-in time is from 15:00 until 21:00. Check-in at other times is possible with prior arrangement.
