Set in Scarborough's beautiful valley, the Ashburton House is a family-run B&B that is just 10 minutes’ walk along the tree-lined Valley Road from the South Bay and town centre. The B&B has its own off-street car park. All of the charming and comfortable bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and are well equipped with TVs, DVD players, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryers and radio alarm clocks. Every year at least one of the 8 bedrooms is fully refurbished. Throughout the public areas, the B&B aims to capture the charm and elegance of the late Victorian period, during which the property was built. The B&B offers an extensive breakfast menu and as well as serving a full English breakfast, also offers grilled kippers, smoked salmon and many other lighter options.

The Ashburton House B & B does not accept large single sex parties without prior notice, please email for further information. Bookings for more than one room for single night stays may not be accepted, please email for confirmation prior to booking. Arrival/Check-In Information: Arrivals after 22:00 are not accepted. Children of 2 years and younger cannot be accommodated. Please note from the 20 June 2016 until 24 June 2016 there is no breakfast available and all reservations will be on a room only basis.
