Only 90 metres from Paignton’s seafront, Seaspray House provides scenic sea views and full English breakfasts. Paignton’s centre is just 5 minutes’ walk away, and free Wi-Fi is available. Every bright room at Seaspray features a flat-screen TV with complimentary tea and coffee provided daily. Rooms include an en-suite shower room with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Hearty cooked breakfasts are served each day and are prepared using the finest locally sourced produce. Paignton Bus and Rail Station is only 5 minutes away on foot, and Paignton Pier can be reached in less than a 5-minute walk. Paignton Zoo is just over 1 mile away, while Torbay Leisure Centre is 1 mile from the house.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. From the 1st May to the 1st October, parking times are limited - parking available from 17:00 until 09:00 the next day in the dotted bays on the street outside and adjoining streets to the guesthouse. Parking from 1st October to 30th April is free on streets outside. A multi-storey car park available less than 50 metres away - hoteliers can arrange a parking card in advance for an additional charge.
