Situated within a 10-minute walk of Glencruitten Golf Course and Oban town centre, Glenavon is a family run house with room-only accommodation. Each room has a satellite TV with a DVD player and a radio alarm clock. All rooms feature a private sink, and there is a shared bathroom downstairs. Some free on-street parking is available, or on-site parking is available at an additional charge.

Upon booking, your payment will be processed by The Palace Hotel (not Glenavon). There is a surcharge for check-in out of the standard check-in times. A credit card and a photo ID should be showed on check-in. Guests must give Glenavon their estimated time of arrival to avoid delays and or cancellation. Check-in and key collection is from The Palace Hotel on production of your booking form and photo ID. Towels are not included in the room rate but are available to rent if required. Refreshments are not included in the room rate but are available for a fixed donation to the charity of Glenavon's choice. Food and drinks purchased elsewhere are not permitted within the building.
