The Lansdowne is centrally located on Hastings' seafront within a 5-minute walk of Hastings Train and Coach Stations. All rooms have en suite facilities, a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Most rooms have sea views and some feature a large LCD TV and a fridge. A full laundry service is also available. There are many shops, restaurants and bars 5 minutes away, including the Meadow Shopping Centre. The Old Town has many attractions including the Sea Life Centre, the Shipwreck Heritage Centre and Hastings Castle.

Guest are requested to provide a mobile telephone number when booking. Check-in is available until 22:00. A later check in up to 23:00 may be possible but this must be requested in advance. If you do not check out of the property in time, a charge will be applied. Luggage can be held until the end of the day on on your departure day. Free parking is available outside The Lansdowne between the hours of 18:00 and 09:00, Monday to Sunday. When parking outside these times, charges are applicable. Guests found to have smoked in the property will be charged a GBP 100 cleaning fee. Please inform The Lansdowne in advance of your expected arrival time.
