These luxury, modern apartments are set over three locations within the heart of historic Harrogate. Each apartment at The Lawrance features an open-plan living area with fabulous, modern decor including hand-printed wallpaper and laminate wood flooring. All kitchens are modern and come fully-equipped with microwave combination oven, hobs for cooking and a refrigerator. A range of breakfast packs can be pre-ordered to be in the apartments for your arrival. Tea, coffee and fresh milk are provided on arrival along with a discount pack containing vouchers for a range of highly recommended local restaurants. When relaxing in the apartments guests can enjoy DVD players, iPod docking stations and free WiFi. Bedrooms feature comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton bed linen and goose down pillows and duvets. All towels and toiletries are provided. Free parking can be arranged by prior arrangement at a nearby location. All three locations are situated close to the town centre with Harrogate train and bus stations a short 5-minute walk away.

Please be aware that the Kings Road address is the address where the reception is situated; you may not necessarily be allocated at this site. If you wish to stay at a specific location, please specify on the special request or contact The Lawrance direct. Please be aware The Lawrance cannot guarantee specific locations or apartments but will endeavour to meet your requirements. Please bear in mind there are no lift facilities at either of the locations. The apartments are central to the town centre and may experience some noise generated by the general public and traffic. The Lawrance reserves the right to process a security deposit for all apartments booked; this amount may vary at the discretion of the management team. For groups of 2 or more apartments a mandatory security deposit will be required prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. If a booking is made more than 1 month before arrival, 20% of the total amount of the stay will have to be paid when booking. If a booking is made less than one month before arrival, the full amount will be taken at the time of booking. Where a remaining balance is taken one month prior to your arrival and the card declines, the guest has up until 20 days prior to arrival to provide an alternative method of payment or the booking will be cancelled and any deposits paid will be retained. The reception team are on-site between the hours of 09:00 and 18:00 Monday through to Saturday and between the hours of 10:00 and 14:00 on a Sunday. The property will send you an email the day prior to your arrival with all the information you will need. This email will include which of the three locations you will be staying at and the access instructions including your four digit key box code for your unique key box. If you are unable to access this information the day before your arrival, please let the property know as a matter of urgency. If you plan on arriving between 18:00 - 21:00 it is very important that you read your arrival email as you will need this information for your self-check in as there will be no-one on site to assist you. The property ask all guests to have checked into their apartments by 21:00.
