Edinburgh Festival Theatre is 15 minutes’ journey away on foot. Just 1.5 miles away are Princes Street’s shops and gardens. Prestonfield Golf Course is less than 5 minutes’ drive from the property. A hairdryer, a kettle and a selection of toiletries are also provided in each room. Some rooms have beautiful views of Arthur’s Seat, the main hill peak in Holyrood Park. A range of continental buffet options are available at breakfast, which is served in the wooden-floored dining room. Free Wi-Fi can be accessed in public areas.

Please note that parking is limited and spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is free on the weekends from 17:30 on Friday to 08:00 on Monday.
