Set in marvellous woodland, Fairburn Activity Centre overlooks the beautiful and tranquil Strathconon Glen, only 30 minutes' drive from Inverness. It offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Located 150 metres beyond the Fairburn House care home, Fairburn Activity Centre has 12 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedrooms, all of which are en-suite with hydromassage showers and baths. Every room has a TV and tea/coffee facilities. The activity centre provides a choice of either a healthy continental breakfast consisting of croissants, cereal, porridge, toast, fresh fruit and yoghurt or a full Scottish breakfast consisting of sausage, bacon, egg, black pudding, haggis and toast. Both options are accompanied by tea, coffee and fruit juice and are served in the large dining room each morning. Breakfast is included in the room rate. Evening meals can be provided by prior arrangement only. The centre offers a range of outdoor activities, including zorbing, archery, abseiling, canoeing and paint-balling. There is also a sauna set within the centre.

If you intend to arrive later than 17:00, please telephone the lodge (using the details provided in your booking confirmation) before 16:00 on day of arrival to advise. This number can also be used to telephone for help with directions. Check-in is strictly until 20:00. Late check-out is available until 12:00 for GBP 20.00 per room. Please note that although guests are asked to provide credit card details for the accommodation, they will need to pay in full on arrival at Fairburn Activity Centre. The price of the accommodation will not be deducted before arrival. A continental breakfast is included in the room rate. If guests require a cooked breakfast, or an evening meal, please indicate this at the time of booking as the dining room is not staffed 24 hours a day.
