Kindly note the bedrooms are located on the second floor, and are accessible via stairs only. Please note that parking is limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis. Guests with children should kindly note that children staying in existing beds can only be accommodated in the Family Room. Children aged 4 years or younger cannot be accommodated. Kindly note the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Late check-in between 20:00 and 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 30, by prior arrangement. Late check-in between 21:00 and 22:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 50, by prior arrangement. Please note guests to be found smoking on the premises will be charged a GBP 75 fine.
