The Kings guesthouse is centrally located in Blackpool, next to the Pleasure Beach. Kings has clean en-suite bedrooms, some with panoramic views across the promenade and illuminations. All rooms have complimentary toiletries, free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee facilities, TVs and hairdryers. Kings guesthouse has a well-stocked bar with a 55-inch flat-screen LCD TV showing all Sky Sports channels, a games machine and a retro arcade game. Kings offers free parking spaces on the hotel forecourt. Tram and bus stops are close by, and run every few minutes.

Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Any booking for this will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. Bunk beds are for the use of children under the age of 12. Adults will not be allowed to use bunk beds under any circumstances. This property has no ground floor rooms and there is no lift available. The property is classed as animal free for hypoallergenic reasons. The whole of the property is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the forecourt however. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
