De Vesting offers luxury bed-and-breakfast rooms in an historic building within the old fortified town of Bad Nieuweschans. The German border is 450 metres from Vesting. Groningen city centre is 30 minutes’ drive from the bed and breakfast. The guest house also offers the opportunity to enjoy a 3-course evening meal prepared with mainly organic and local ingredients. Breakfast each morning includes warm bread, eggs, fresh juices and fruits.

Please note that baby cots are not available. Guests are welcome to bring their own. Guests are kindly requested to note that a reservation is compulsory for dinner at the guest house. Please note that the 3-course meal is only available when ordered by a minimum of 4 people.
