Located only 300 metres from the Poiana Tapului Train Station, the family-run Pension Paunasul is set on the hiking trail to the Urlatoarea Waterfall. It offers a sauna, free parking, and free Wi-Fi in the living room. Each room comes with a TV with cable channels and a small fridge. Their bathrooms are equipped with hairdryer and either a bath or shower. The family run Pension Paunasul wellness club is set on a peaceful location. As a guest, you will have access to the living room which has a couch and a fireplace, cable TV, music equipment, magazines and newspapers. Society games, ping pong games and a barbecue can be organised. Sauna, massages, chromotherapy, ozonetherapy and polarized light treatments can be arranged for an additional cost. The Buşteni-Babele cable car station is 3 km away. Close to the Pension Paunasul you can visit the Peleş Castle Museum and Sinaia or Caraiman monasteries. Trips to Bucharest, Brasov or Sighisoara as well as wine tasting can be organised by the Paunasul Pension. If you like to go hiking on one of the 44 hiking trails in the Bucegi Mountains, Leaota Mountains, Gârbova Mountains and Piatra Mare Mountains, the guesthouse is a perfect starting point.
