Fontanella guest house is centrally located, next to Barcelona’s Urquinaona Metro Station, and 300 metres from Plaza Catalunya. It offers free Wi-Fi, and rooms with private or shared bathroom facilities. Set in a renovated Modernist building, from 1881, rooms at the Fontanella are modern and bright. All rooms are heated, and have a ventilator fan and a TV. Rooms with a balcony are available. The Fontanella has a tour desk and an airport shuttle service is available on request. There is also a vending machine serving free hot drinks. The central location means you can visit most of the city’s attractions on foot. There are many shops, bars and restaurants within a short walk.

Please note that American Express credit cards are not accepted for payment of the reservation. Please note that the shared bathrooms are shared between 3 rooms each. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments box when making the reservation. The public parking nearby is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00 and costs EUR 25 for the first 24 hours. From the 3rd day there is a special price. Please note, it is not possible to park there at weekends and public holidays. Please, let the staff at the parking know your exact time of departure from the parking if you expect to leave the parking during weekends and public holidays.
