Scenically located near the hill of Skutberget, right by Lake Vänern, this well-equipped camping and vacation village offers modern, comfortable cottages with excellent opportunities for outdoor recreation. First Camp Karlstad provides cottages with kitchen facilities. Some feature a private bathroom, while others have access to shared facilities. Outside each cottage is a private parking space. During the summer, guests can buy food and other supplies in the campsite store. Stay in shape during your visit by working out in the First Camp fitness centre. There is also a summertime children's club, as well as mountain bikes and Segways for hire. The campsite and its surroundings offer many activities, including mini golf, canoeing and jogging. There are both rock and sand beaches nearby. Only a short drive away is central Karlstad, which offers plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.

After booking, you will receive payment instructions from First Camp Karlstad via email. Bed linen and towels are not included and must be rented on site. You can clean before check-out or pay an additional fee. Check-in hours are as follows: Weekdays: 15:00-20:00 Weekends: 15:00-16:00 If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please inform First Camp Karlstad in advance.
