The credit card used for booking and a photo ID must be presented at check-in. If a guest is unable to provide the credit card, a credit card authorisation form must be sent to the property by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a photo ID matching the cardholder name. Any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used for booking will be refunded to the card on file and payment will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in. Please note that the name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. Guests must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in without a parent or official guardian. A security deposit of USD 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. The property will be repaving their parking lot beginning 2017-02-06. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
