Just a 7-minute walk to the Gion area, Khaosan Kyoto offers bunk-bed rooms with free Wi-Fi. Built in 2010, it features a stylish lounge, full kitchen and free-use internet terminals. Both private and dormitory rooms are available at Khaosan Kyoto Hostel. All are non-smoking, air-conditioned and have shared bathrooms. Kawaramachi Subway Station and Kyoto Takashimaya Department Store are a 2-minute walk from the hostel. Yasaka Shrine is a 15-minute walk. A flat-screen TV with DVD player is provided in the common area. Microwaves, electric kettles and other equipment is available in the free-use kitchen.

Please inform the hotel in advance if planning to check in after 21:00. Group booking policy (9 or more persons) : At time of booking, guests with a group booking will be charged a non-refundable fee for the first 2 nights.This policy will applies to groups making separate reservations as well. (Example: 3 different reservations with 3 persons each, amounting to a total of 9 persons). Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
