Featuring a free-use kitchen and coin-operated laundry machines, K’s House Hiroshima is a 2-minute walk from Matoba Tram Station. All rooms have free Wi-Fi, and some have a private bathroom. Guests can choose a private Western room with attached bathroom, a private Japanese room with shared bathroom or a bunk in a dormitory room. The Japanese room has traditional futon beds and tatami (woven-straw) floors. JR Hiroshima Train Station is an 8-minute walk from the hotel, and Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park is a 12-minute tram ride from nearby Matoba Station. Bicycle rental is offered for quick and carefree transport. Free coffee and tea are provided in the cosy lounge, which has English-language newspapers and a small library. Internet terminals are available for a fee, and guests can relax on the rooftop terrace.

Due to the property's capacity, K's House Hiroshima is only able to accept bookings of 2 rooms or less, or 6 persons or less. Children cannot be accommodated in dormitory rooms. For guests staying in dormitory rooms, please be informed that requests for upper/lower bunks is subject to availability and requests cannot be taken.
