Offering a complimentary Western breakfast, free parking and air-conditioned rooms with an en suite bathroom and free wired internet, B & B Viva is a 3-minute walk from Tobu Nikko Train Station. B & B Viva Nikko provides non-smoking rooms with Western-style beds, an LCD TV and a fridge. Some rooms are carpeted and others have traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. Toothbrushes and Nemaki sleeping robes are available for a fee. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from JR Nikko Train Station and 2.2 km from Nikko Toshogu Shrine. Kegon-no-Taki Waterfall is 20 km away. There is a convenience store across the street. A free-use microwave and internet PC are available, and luggage can be kept at the reception. Free coffee and tea is provided at the lobby from 16:00-23:00. The simple breakfast usually consists of bread with jam, an egg dish, coffee and yoghurt with fruit, and is served from 07:00-09:00.

When settling the bill, the hotel will accept cash only. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in. Breakfast menu is subject to change without notice. Please note children older than 6 years old are considered adults, and adult rates will apply. One child under 5 years old using an existing bed can be accommodated for free, and the 2nd child will be charged. Please note the room may not be able to accommodate the 2nd child.
